Privacy notice
Your stories deserve clear boundaries. This notice describes the current preview. Real recipient delivery and public sharing are not enabled. Optional GPT-5.6 Luna chat uses the OpenAI API after you sign in and explicitly consent. Use fictional content while testing; a global production release is still being prepared.
Who operates Suvrutta
Suvrutta is an unincorporated project operated by Raja Dinesh, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. Contact founder@suvrutta.com for privacy questions, data requests, complaints or support. A full public correspondence address and any required regional representatives remain to be established before the relevant production launch.
What the preview handles
- Your writing and attachments: conversations, revisions, stories, selected photos, links, recipient details and optional social-context reflections are kept in the archive on your device. The ordinary device preview is unencrypted. A separate account archive is not automatically encrypted.
- Optional private vault: a separate password protects an experimental encrypted archive. Unlock lasts for your selected 1, 2, 5 or 10 minutes, with a two-minute default, and locks in the background. Account sign-in and the vault password are different protections.
- Account and security information: Google/Firebase sign-in processes your account identifier, name, email and authentication/security information. An authenticator is required for cloud vault backup. These services have their own network and security processing.
- Optional backup: when you request a cloud vault backup, encrypted archive data and owner/revision metadata are sent to the configured Firebase content database in Mumbai, India. Later edits require another manual backup. Mumbai content storage does not mean that authentication, hosting, support or speech processing occurs only in Mumbai.
- Eligibility and preferences: this device remembers the current preview notice version, your adult declaration, its time and selected visual/vault preferences. No date of birth is requested.
- Support: if you contact us, your email and the information you choose to include are used to handle your request. Do not send passwords, authenticator codes, recovery keys or private stories.
Optional GPT-5.6 Luna chat
Only text from this new Luna conversation—your typed messages and Luna’s earlier replies—is sent to OpenAI after you check its consent box. Saved archives, photos and contacts are not attached. The chat is kept in tab memory and cleared when you close it, change accounts or background the app. Requests use the OpenAI Responses API with storage disabled; this does not promise zero provider retention or Mumbai-only processing. Use fictional text for this testing release. The service stores hashed account identifiers, request identifiers and cost reservations to enforce shared spending limits, without storing chat text. AI replies can be wrong and never trigger saving, sharing or delivery actions.
Optional permissions and external services
Camera, microphone and contacts are requested when you choose their relevant actions. Dictation may use your device or browser’s speech service, including its remote processing. Contact selection brings only your selected contact into the experience. Opening an external link or loading its media contacts that external host. Review these choices before using real personal information.
The website host and authentication providers receive network information needed to deliver and secure their services. No advertising or analytics SDK is configured in this preview. We do not sell your story content or use it for advertising. Optional cloud uploads, exports and sharing are separate user actions; reading this notice is not blanket consent for them.
Purpose and control
The enabled features organize your chosen material, operate your account, protect the archive, perform backups you request and respond to support. Reflection questions use prepared prompts; optional social context is supplied by you. Suvrutta does not automatically infer sensitive traits from your stories. Only include information about other people when you have an appropriate basis to do so.
Retention and deletion
Local content remains until you remove it or clear that app/browser storage. Cloud backups remain until removed; there is no automatic content-expiry service in this preview. Signing out hides the account archive but does not delete its local or cloud copies. Exported files and copies held by others cannot be erased remotely by Suvrutta.
Complete self-service account deletion is still under implementation. Data and deletion help explains current controls and how to request assistance. We do not report a request as completed until its actual scope is confirmed. Provider security/legal records may have separate retention; exact production retention and processor arrangements remain launch requirements.
Your requests and complaints
You can ask about access, correction, export, deletion, restrictions, objections or withdrawing optional permissions by contacting founder@suvrutta.com. The rights and deadlines that apply depend on your location and the processing involved. We may need proportionate verification through your account; never email a vault secret or identity document without a specific justified request. You may also raise concerns with your applicable data protection authority. This preview notice is not a claim of clearance for every jurisdiction.
Adults only and updates
This first release is for people 18 and older. The entry declaration is not identity or age verification. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us. Material changes to the preview notice receive a new version; optional features must still explain their own data choices before use.
